W Series Service Manual 4–29
4. Insert the mortise cylinder wrench into the cylinder and turn it
counterclockwise until you can remove the cylinder and cylinder
ring.
5. If the lock is double-keyed, repeat step 1 through step 3 on the
other side of the door.
